IMMINENT RISK/CRISIS INTERVENTON

This program supports households who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless due to crisis situations such as eviction, job loss, relationship issues, hoarding, financial management, functional furniture/appliances failure and addiction/mental and personal health challenges.

HOUSING IN TRUSTEE (HIT)

This program supports households who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless due to poor money management, capacity issues, abuse, or overwhelming debt load problems.

FAMILY STABILIZATION

This program delivers interventions for families with children to ensure their housing remains stable by employing on-going preventative measures once an initial crisis has been resolved.

HOUSEHOLD STABILIZATION

This program is designed to deliver interventions for singles (across all age ranges), aging couples (50+), childless couples, and seniors to ensure their housing remains stable by employing on-going preventative measures once an initial crisis has been resolved.

COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER INCOME TAX PROGRAM

In collaboration with the United Way, LIPI offers the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP). This program helps prepare income tax and benefit returns for eligible individuals who have a modest income and a simple tax situation.
