If you’re behind on your electricity or natural gas bill and face having your service disconnected, you may qualify for emergency financial help through the Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP).

COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program
Residential customers may be eligible for up to $750 in support towards their electricity and natural gas bills, and can apply for on-bill credits for both electricity and natural gas separately.

Energy Assistance Program
The L.I.P.I. Energy Assistance Program helps Nipissing District residents who cannot afford to pay for energy costs that are not available through other programs.
