The Recreation and Community Engagement Fund (R&C) is both a family and individual support program for youth throughout the Nipissing District that cannot access existing support programs or require partial funding to pay for recreational, arts, culture and community activities. This program allows families to meet their household needs (rent, utilities, food etc.) without neglecting their children’s social needs.

R&C may help to pay for things like:

  • Art
  • Babysitter course
  • Cubs
  • Culture
  • Equipment
  • First Aid
  • Girl Guides
  • Music Lessons
  • Scouts
  • Sports
